2. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order through our online ordering system, you enter into a binding agreement. All prices are in DKK including 25% VAT.

3. Delivery and Pickup

We offer delivery within our delivery area. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. A delivery fee may apply.

You can pick up your order at our address. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

4. Right of Withdrawal

According to Danish consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal on food items as these are perishable. Once the order is confirmed and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Complaints

If you experience issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at casperrehne3@gmail.com.

6. Allergens

Allergen information is listed for each product. Please contact us for specific allergen questions. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens due to cross-contamination.

7. Disputes

Any disputes are governed by Danish law.
